1.Refunds

A full refund issued if a package is canceled within 7 days of purchase. After this period, payments are strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by Members

If a member decides to cancel a booking, membership plan, or subscription for any reason—including change of mind, personal emergencies, or travel constraints—no refund will be issued. Members should plan their bookings carefully before confirming payment.

3. Membership Termination

If a member’s account is suspended or terminated for violating Terms & Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or any other reason, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the membership or booked services. Termination does not entitle a member to recover past payments.

4. Acknowledgment

By making a payment on PGC MemberShip, members explicitly acknowledge that all transactions are final, and they accept that no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances. Members are advised to review this policy carefully before completing any payment.
